Bats were blistered as The Frogs defeated Tournai Celtics 17-13 on Sunday.
Tournai Celtics took an early lead in the second inning. Cyril Brabant drove in one when he doubled.
After The Frogs scored three runs in the top of the sixth, Tournai Celtics answered with three of their own. The Frogs scored when Lukas Chen singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Joost De Brouwer grounded out, scoring one run, and Tars Kestelyn grounded out, scoring one run. Tournai Celtics then answered when Brabant doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run and Robin Guery singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
The Frogs took the lead for good with six runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Chen singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Kestelyn grounded out, scoring one run, Bram Hoflack tripled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs, an error scored one run for The Frogs, and Joachim Moerman doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
